Erica is a Health Educator and Public Health Consultant with over 15 years of experience in community health. Whether facilitating a workshop or conducting research, Erica has found her niche in the ability to deliver meaningful content and help organizations move from talk to action.
With an extensive background in nutrition and maternal and child health, she has worked closely with federal programs, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies to ensure that individuals have access to the resources and support they need to thrive and live well. Her dedication extends to her work with new and expectant parents. As a Lactation Consultant, she supports families preparing for and navigating their infant feeding journeys with compassionate guidance and evidence-based strategies.
Erica has a Master of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Promotion, and a Certificate in Community Nutrition. She is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). An Arizona native, she lives in Phoenix with her husband and two sons.
