Erica Glaze is a health equity consultant and systems-change practitioner with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of public health, policy, and organizational change. Her work focuses on translating equity commitments into sustainable practices that address root causes and transform systems—not just programs.
With an extensive background in nutrition and maternal and child health, she often works at the intersection of these areas to support communities most affected by health disparities. Erica has a Master of Public Health and a Certificate in Community Nutrition. She is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Erica is an Arizona native and lives in Phoenix with her husband and two sons.
